If you told me 4 years ago when I was working at dominos delivering pizzas that it only took 90 days, I would've laughed in your face, never mind helping others do the same.

My Background
I get it. Because I was literally that person. I was raised by a single mom who had me when she was just 17.
We lived in a tiny studio apartment in the Netherlands, surviving off government help while I watched my classmates travel to luxury hotels in Spain and saw supercars everywhere racing through the city.
I remember my mom studying every single day, trying to build us a better future.
And here's the crazy part, instead of using the little money we had to buy herself stuff or a nicer place to live, she used the money to take me on small vacations so I could have the same childhood as everyone else.
I didn't know the difference at the time because I was just happy to be able to spend vacations with my mom.
My First Job
But as I grew up and I turned 15, when I got my first job at Domino's Pizza delivery, earning about €400 a month - they could only give me 3 hours a day because of age limits.
And day after day I saw super cars racing past the store, almost mocking me for having the job, I knew something was deeply wrong with our situation.
That's when I realized that working a regular job would never get me and more importantly my mom, out of this mess.
While other kids were playing video games and focusing on typical teenage stuff, I became obsessed with figuring out how people actually made real money.
So I started going window shopping at car dealerships and Rolex stores, asking questions about prices, trying to understand how people could afford these things.
And I used every single euro from that pizza delivery money to start my first business after spending months trying to wrap my head around and learn this whole dropshipping thing.
Early Failures
I screwed up so many times here, I wish someone was there to guide me, someone to tell me:
Which product to pick
Which platform to run ads on
How to build the backend
But it was 2018-19 at the time and TikTok was brand new and I saw something.
We all saw that it was flooded with girls doing dances getting millions of views and brands sponsoring them but I saw a chance to use that same strategy for myself.
So I bought a few cheap beauty products from Alibaba and gave them to my female classmates who were TikTok creators.
They promoted the products in their videos, and suddenly sales started flying off the shelves.
I became a one-man operation - handling fulfillment, bookkeeping, store design, everything.
My mom had to be the official business owner since I was underage.
And she was shocked, because the money that took me a whole month to make only took a few hours.
I knew I was onto something.
The First Big Win… and the Crash
By 17, I hit my first €900K month and I thought I'd cracked the code.
I was looking at Lamborghinis online, planning my whole life around this success... and then everything collapsed.
I didn't realize it at the time but dropshipping might've given me insane growth, but it was also going to be the thing that drove me straight down deeper than rock bottom.
I maxed out my credit cards - €25,000 each, multiple accounts.
I had suppliers on credit with 60-day payment terms.
When payment processors held my money because of complaints and chargebacks, I couldn't pay back the credit.
The whole operation collapsed in a matter of days.
Debt collectors started showing up at my mom's house. I was so ashamed I literally ran away to Thailand because I didn't want her to deal with that.
Imagine having shown your mom a taste of the other side where we could be the ones in nice homes and vacations to spain, all just to come crumbling down a few months later because I didn't know how to turn this cash opportunity into a real business, a real ecom brand.
25 More Attempts
But this wasn't the last time I went from broke to rich, I did that about 25 more times. Twenty-five times.
Each time, I thought I'd figured it out.
Each time, I was wrong.
I was trying to understand why, I was using the same ads, offers, and products that worked for others. Why wouldn't it work for me?
And that was the exact problem, I was copying someone else, it would work for a few weeks, then everything would collapse.
Two years ago, it got so bad that I went back to washing dishes in a restaurant, I still have photos. I was moving furniture, working jobs I hated while watching other people my age succeed online. Feeling like a complete failure, wondering if I was just destined to fail forever.
The hard part isn't even figuring out what to do, it's how you feel about yourself because every step is a step in the dark, no one was there to guide me.
Every single one of those 25 failures taught me something. Every mistake showed me exactly where people go wrong. Every time I lost money, I learned another piece of the puzzle.
If I had the right guidance from the beginning, I could have saved myself €300K in losses and years of shame and failure.
The Breakthrough
The breakthrough came when I went broke the 25th time, I finally understood the real secret: it's not about finding winning products or running more ads. It's about building winning brands with real foundations that can't be destroyed by algorithm changes or account bans.
So I went on using that theory to build not dropshipping stores, but real ecom brands.
So I wanted to give it one more shot, I started building but with this completely different approach, I didn't know if it would actually work.
So 2 months in, I started to see the money pour in as I always do, but in reality I was clenching my stomach expecting it to fail like all my previous brands, but month 4 it was still going up, month 5, I was fine, month 10, I kept growing.
Eventually I relaxed and was so surprised, so this is what it feels like to actually build a brand.
A few years later, I sold it off for a few million.
The System
I now had the winning formula.
Over the past few years, I've used that system to build 3 7-figure brands in a row.

Phase 1: The Setup
The set up includes setting up your business structure and your Shopify store and website.
This part is boring but it must get done.
Because I set up my business in Dubai wrong for 1 of my brands, I ended up throwing away €25K like… that.
But here's what kills most new entrepreneurs - most people spend weeks making their Shopify store look pretty with fancy designs.
But that doesn't matter… at all.

Remember a winning product doesn't win because of the product but because of how you branded it.

But if you screw this up, all the time you spent preparing will be wasted.
Most people launch into the red ocean of e-commerce where everyone's fighting for the same customers. That's why they struggle to get profitable and their ads cost so much.
But we've done our part in phase 3 branded marketing, but sometimes it still might not hit the way we want to.
