By purchasing a product, service, or membership from Embarrass The Competition ("we", "our", or "us") via Whop, you ("you" or "the user") agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Access & Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the respective digital products, communities, coaching calls, and/or materials you have purchased. Delivery is considered complete once access credentials or links are provided.

2. User Conduct

You agree not to share, resell, redistribute, or misuse any content, frameworks, community access, or intellectual property from Embarrass The Competition. Violation of this clause may result in removal from all platforms without notice and without refund.

3. Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee any specific results or earnings. All business ventures carry inherent risk, and your outcomes depend on your own level of execution, personal responsibility, and market conditions.

4. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Embarrass The Competition are final and non-refundable. Once payment is processed, no refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations will be granted under any circumstances.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that you are making a non-refundable commitment to our services.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in permanent removal from our programs, platforms, and future access. We reserve the right to pursue legal action and report fraudulent chargebacks to relevant authorities.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, strategies, and materials provided are the exclusive intellectual property of Embarrass The Competition and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without explicit written consent.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands and the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with those jurisdictions.
